All new clients must provide information about specific needs, requirements and references.
Undergo a comprehensive assessment to determine suitability of our accommodation options and facilities.

Stage 2: Placement and Support Plan

Our experienced staff will match all participants with suitable specialist and high quality disability accommodation.
We will develop an individualized transition plan based on unique needs.
Once complete agreement on term and conditions is in place, clients must sign a transparent contract.

Stage 3: Transition and Ongoing Support

Our staff will ensure to facilitate a smooth transition into the new home.
Our team will work with you to develop a support plan that outlines goals, preferences and most importantly how you choose to be supported.
Conduct regular monitoring and reviews for adjustments and enhancements.
